We deliver Australia wide (but not to PO Boxes) at a flat rate of $9.00.
The delivery timeframe of 3 to 14 Business Days is a guideline only and may change at any time. There may also be longer delivery times during peak periods, due to weather or other postal delivery issues that are out of our control.
Once you have placed your order, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
Orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales.
Dispatch
Following dispatch, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.

Our delivery service is Sendle and we are proud to support Sendle where all our deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.
Authority to leave
You authorise is to leave your goods at your nominated mailing address even if there is no person at the premises to receive such goods.

Change of mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind purchases as our products are personal hygiene products.
Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email and a photograph of any damage or incomplete items with your order number.
